Information you provide

When you use a contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), message, and page context you submit. When you use the Community Match tool, we collect the budget, priorities, and location preferences you enter. We do not offer user accounts to the public and do not accept file uploads from visitors.

Information collected automatically

Like virtually every website, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical data when you visit, including IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, referring page, date and time, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is used to deliver pages, keep the Site secure, and diagnose errors. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this Site.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the Site, including website hosting and content delivery, a managed database to store form submissions, Google Fonts to deliver typefaces (your browser requests fonts from Google, which receives your IP address), and an AI service to process Community Match requests and draft editorial content. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and connect you with the connected business you asked about (performance of a requested service / legitimate interests)
• Generate Community Match suggestions you request (your request / legitimate interests)
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site (legitimate interests)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms (legal obligation / legitimate interests)
• Store your cookie choice (legal obligation / legitimate interests)

Sharing, sale and targeted advertising

Inquiry details may be shared with the connected Peters business relevant to your request — for example, Peters & Associates or Peters Custom Homes. We do not sell personal information for money and do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

AI processing

Information you enter into the Community Match tool is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information. We have not verified that the provider will not retain or use inputs, so treat inputs as not confidential.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond, follow up on the related request, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Technical logs are kept for the periods set by our hosting and security providers. Your cookie choice remains in your browser until you clear it or change it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted server-side access to stored inquiries. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cross-border processing

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; to withdraw consent; and to appeal our decision on your request. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. Visitors in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

To make a request, email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law with proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line.

Global Privacy Control

Our Site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of sale and targeted advertising, and as a refusal of optional cookies. Because we do not sell data or run targeted advertising, a GPC signal results in only essential storage being used.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party websites

Links to other websites, including the publishers' other websites, are governed by those websites' own privacy practices.

Changes

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and, where the change affects cookie choices, ask for your cookie choice again.
