What we will never do

Wire and payment fraud
Criminals impersonate agents, builders, title companies, and attorneys using spoofed domains, lookalike email addresses, fake social accounts, and fraudulent invoices, often changing wiring instructions at the last minute. Before sending money, confirm instructions by calling a phone number you independently verified — never one from the message asking for payment.
Verify through official contacts

No system is completely secure
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the Site's forms.
